GMA Self-defense programs are culminations of many different styles of martial arts. Direct combat self-defense techniques are trained for specific attack scenarios. Learn various techniques of self-defense, including escape tactics (from holds and chokes), joint locks, takedowns and vital strikes to neutralize or control an assailant. Learn to defend and disarm stick, knife and gun attacks. Okinawan Ryukyu Kempo, a pressure point fighting/defense,   Modern Arnis, a blend of  Jujitsu, Karate and Stick and Knife fighting, and Small Circle Jujitsu, greatly influence the curriculum. 

                                        

Private lessons are available for individuals or groups. Whether you have been a victim, or just agree that it is smart to know how to defend yourself and loved ones, we can tailor an individualized self-defense program that is appropriate and effective for your size, strength and ability.
